Omega-093 grayscale station
This is a slight iteration on the previous station shot. You can now see how the observation tower is able to look over the edge of the mountain. You can also see the broken greenhouse which is the spawning point for the plant mutation which will sprawl all over the base. This will account for a large amount of damage to the station and visual asymmetry (thanks for the asymmetry note Tim!). Drawn to heat sources, the mutant plant will have tendrils that tunnel through the ground and spring up from various other points in the map, offering opportunities for gameplay design (getting past obstacles, restoring power to damaged station components, etc.). The circular corners of the station will be where the light defensive missile turrets will be placed. You can see the entrance/exit to the port vehicle elevator (mentioned in the previous port post).
